Going through the process of searching for an engagement ring I searched on google and across Cape Diamond. The website was by far the most user friendly website I came across. For a newbie like me that knew almost nothing about the different types of metals, diamonds, clarity, etc this was perfect. In addition to the amount of detail that was listed on the website, they have a wide variety of styles and shapes.Once i found the ring i wanted, the process went so so very much smooth. I called there offices and arranged a meeting for the same day. I met Olivia and she explained everything perfectly to me. She guided and provided input on the ring selected. In addition, their offices were closing over the Christmas period and their waiting period is normally 3-4 weeks this would been extended to 5 weeks. She arranged that the ring be available before their closure which I was extremely happy about. I received the ring and I was blown away by the quality of the final product.Between the exemplary service and quality of the ring I would recommend Cape Diamonds any day of the week.We will definitely be using them for our wedding rings!!!

Fantastic jewellers! The whole process took a month and this was in busy season going into December. you can ask them to do it in a week with an additional payment.They have high quality and all the cuts of diamonds. They can cater for custom designed rings, they will send designs for approval.Best prices around in South Africa and I checked about 8 places. Amazing service as well for people that do not know that much about diamonds.you can do a part payment with Cape Diamonds and pay over a few months but you will get the diamond with the last payment.

Purchasing a ring could not be more convenient and hassle free.As every engaged or married gent might have experienced, there is a lot that goes into selecting the perfect ring. Cape Diamond's website is intuitive and guides the user through a variety of rings, diamonds and combinations. A quote can be requested directly from the site. From my personal experience, Cape Diamonds responds fairly quickly, and you'll receive a quote within days.I was assisted by Olivia, and she has been an invaluable support with the whole process of buying a ring. Mind you, I have never been to their store as they are in Cape Town, and I am from Pretoria. All of my correspondence was via email, and every question or concern was professionally answered and addressed. I am a excellent example. I have received the engagement ring with a missing pave stone and Cape Diamonds have not only replaced the stone, but at no additional cost. All within two weeks.After 50+ emails, I have been delightfully engaged and now have a very satisfied fiancé. I am also readily equipped with a matching band for the wedding day too.I would recommend them to anyone that is looking to buy a ring.

My experience was truly a dream.The consultant who I’ve been in contact with was an absolute star and extremely helpful. They were so kind, patient and very quick to respond to any requests. The level of assistance was really admirable as it was also done entirely virtual. The range of products offered were vast and the consultant really sourced every option to suit my budget needs and design requests. I cannot recommend Cape Diamonds enough. From selecting the stone to crating a custom setting, the team is professional, friendly, and fair.
