I did not find it uncomfortable to communicate my desires. I was welcomed to come into the store many times to discuss ideas and updates.-Designs:They have a very experienced team of designers and they do not charge for CAD. A design is sent to you, in my case on WhatsApp, for you to evaluate before you agree to begin the manufacturing. My custom finished product was exquisite and perfectly translated from my communication.-Communication:They have an amazing WhatsApp service that is really efficient in addition to email. I found their timely communication on WhatsApp to be a stand out feature. From setting up the appointment to continuous updates in subsequent days during working hours.-Financial value:Extremely fair pricing and difficult to beat compared to the local competition-Closing remarks:I had the great fortune to be assisted by an ethical and professional employee named Olivia. I was a little naive when purchasing the right diamond - I didn’t realise the many specifications that make up a diamond but thankfully Rebecca was on hand to guide me through the process. Amazing customer focus by Rebecca and the Cape Diamonds team. Purchasing online from the UK prior to our visit to RSA is daunting but with good advice and support it was great. Rebecca was also on hand to help me claim back VAT which in itself can be a bit of a minefield. Rebecca is a star and I cannot thank her and the team at Cape Diamonds enough for going the extra yard to make sure myself, my wife and daughter were delighted with our anniversary ring and my daughter birthday earrings.

My husband alongside Rebecca designed the most beautiful soul ring as a gift to me for our 25th wedding anniversary. I also asked Rebecca to help me design earrings for my daughter’s 18th Birthday, doing this from the UK was daunting but Rebecca helped us every step of the way with such kindness and patience. When we arrived in Cape Town we headed straight to Cape Diamonds to finally meet Rebecca who was as professional and kind as she was on line. Both pieces of jewellery are gorgeous surpassing our expectations. I realised that evening my ring was slightly big, we returned the next day and it was resized without question and was ready for us to collect in less than 48 hours. I highly recommend Rebecca and the Cape Diamond Team for exceptional customer service and quality. Thank you Rebecca for making the start of our trip so special and sparkly!

Cape diamonds provided us with an excellent service! They were really prompt with their quotes. Explained all the differences in metal and diamonds in a easy to understand manner and helping to find the perfect fit. The ring was worth every cent, the value you get for it we couldn’t find anywhere else. The princess pincushion design from the fynbos collection is everything I wanted and more. A classic design with something different to look at from the profile. If you love florals you’ll love the fynbos collection! When trying the rings on at the location the offices where beautifully designed, the location was easy to find and parking was available inside which was an extra bonus. We would just like to give Olivia a big thanks as well for her lovely and professional service.

I have had the most consistent experience across multiple purchases.
